Encouraging, embracing, and enabling young student leaders since 1953, our OASC family spans generations.

The warm, fond memories and valuable lessons from OASC workshops, retreats, and conferences last a lifetime for each of our alumni. For many of us, an OASC program was the first time we every really felt comfortable being ourselves, or "showing our true colors," as we like to say. OASC taught us to value the uniqueness in each individual and treat all people with respect and kindness. For many of us, OASC helped us discover our own talents and how to use them to better our surrounding communities. OASC challenged us to lead with integrity and inspire others while supporting us to become better versions of ourselves. The OASC spirit is still very much alive for our alumni of all ages found across the nation and the world.
