Deadline to register is February 16th.

Member Cost: $90

The cost per student and advisor is $90 (includes meals, programming, shirt and entertainment)

  • This does not include the hotel accommodations that must be arranged by your school/individually


Registration Deadline:

Friday, February 16th at 5:00pm - We will not be able to accept registrations after this date/time as we must provide final counts to New Albany HS and close out our hotel block.

  • This information will be published on our website and sent to all advisors, schools and students in January. 

Accommodations

OASL has reserved blocks of rooms at the following hotels in New Albany.  Advisors are responsible for making reservations for their students. Students MUST have an advisor/chaperone present if overnight hotel lodging is required.

Do we have to stay at the hotel or can we drive in each day?

  • Staying at the hotel is not a requirement of the conference.  This is left up to the advisor and school’s discretion of what makes the most sense to them.

Note:  Blocks of rooms will close on February 11. Be sure to book by that date.

Travel to Conference from Hometown/Home School: 

  • This is at the discretion and planning of your school, advisor and students. 

Travel during the Conference

  • New Albany Plain Local Schools (New Albany High School) or chartered transportation will be providing travel within the conference:

  • Friday night - New Albany High School to Hotel (Students/Advisors will check into hotel Friday night, unless you are providing your own transportation back and forth)

  • Saturday morning - Hotel to New Albany High School (Students/Advisors must check out of hotel Saturday morning)
